Hi ​@AdamK12 these are usually recorded yes, if you register and cant make the live event follow up emails usually provide a recording!

This sounds like a very interesting and valuable event — thank you for sharing it! I would love to participate and learn more about leading through the Agentic AI revolution. However, I noticed that it’s scheduled quite early in the morning for my time zone (6 AM).

I was wondering if there are plans to host a similar session at another time? I’d really appreciate the opportunity to attend.

Absolutely! If you navigate to the community Topic that you are interested in, eg Customer Experience  and click on the SUBSCRIBE button near the top of the page you will get an email for all new items created.

@JamesScutt This was an outstanding session that I’m looking forward to sharing with my colleagues. Some of the insights that stood out for me include:

  • The “listen → understand → act” framework helps to operationalize insight around customer feedback.
  • Frustration signals can motivate popping up a chat window and suggesting other actions.
  • “Agents have agency”

However, what really impressed me about this discussion is the notion that enabling an organization to accept agentic AI as part of workflow requires both technical training and cultural change. We need to be very intentional about what we use GenAI for (and what we don’t use it for), and that’s a long and deep discussion.
