Filter - EX Heat Map Widget

Hi,I’m using the Heat Map Widget on my EX Pulse Dashboard.We have meanwhile several waves of feedback.The ‘breakout’ columns of the Heat Map Widget respect the page filter (e.g. data source = May wave). The first column (comparison column) does not respect the page filter. This leads to the situation, that the results across ALL WAVES are displayed in the first column.The explanation text in the widget configuration window states that this is “intended behaviour” (=all data sources will be used).My question:Is there any way to filter the Heat Map Widget by the data source?I only want the data from the May wave to be used in this widget.  Using the widget filter didn’t work either …Thanks!Manfred

Experience with Text iQ and Sentiment Analysis

Hi everyone,I’d like to hear about your experiences using Qualtrics' Text iQ for analyzing open-ended responses. In our case, we rely heavily on comments as one of our richest sources of qualitative insights.Has the built-in sentiment analysis been sufficient for your needs? Cant see translated labels in Dashboard, evemif they are visible in the file for translation

Hi team,  We added a translation of labels in our EX Engagement Dashboard, and it only took partially the name of sources in the translation. Even if we see in the file all translated fields, they dont reflect in the dashboard.We tried uploading the file more times, but it doesnt refresh the data. Is there some advice for this?  Thank you Livia B

Manage multiple open question in a EX survey

Hi everyone!I’m working on an EX engagement survey that includes a large number of open-ended questions — 33 in total — and I’m looking for the best way to analyze and display this data in a Qualtrics dashboard.Previously, we had a simple setup with: A response ticker A word cloud An emotion distribution in a pizza widget This worked fine when we had only a few open text questions. But now, with so many, we've hit the widget limit in Qualtrics, and it's no longer practical to create separate visualizations for each question. User permission to view EX dashboard

Hello!I have been using Qualtrics for many EX projects during the past years, and have always been involved with allocating dashboard permissions to users. This is the first time I experience the problem below:When I try to restrict the dashboard data for a user based on a filter (based on the company name, which is mapped as multi-answer in the dashboard), I can't find the company that I am searching for. I am sure that there are over 100 responses from that company (I can see them both in the dashboard and in stats IQ). And yes, I updated both the metadata and the invited counts recently. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you find a solution?Thank you!

Question about displaying consolidated comments in TextiQ (Engagement project with multiple data sources)

Hi community,I have a specific question regarding the use of TextiQ in an Engagement project.Currently, this project does not have its own responses, but it is connected to 4 different data sources, each with its own TextiQ configured.My goal is to display, in this consolidated dashboard, the TextiQ bubble widget and the comment summaries widget, showing the consolidated comments from all 4 sources.According to the support documentation, there should be no limitations for this type of setup, but in my case, it’s not working as expected. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what I should take into account to get these widgets to work properly in this scenario?Thanks in advance for any guidance you can share.

Data Source as Breakdown in a Heatmap

Hi everyone,Is there a way to add data sources or existing comparisons as a breakdown in a heatmap, so they are displayed directly in comparison to the overall total?My goal is not to view each data source as a separate comparison, but rather to show the general result with a breakdown by each data source.For example: display the overall total with a breakdown by Data Source, and see that values as columns: "Data Source 1", "Data Source 2", and "Data Source 3".Is it possible to configure it this way?Thanks in advance!

Dashboard: Avoid shortening question wording in e.g. question list widget

Hi,I’ve set up several Dashboards and in all of them in e.g. the question list widget the question wordings will automatically shorted with “...” at the end. Is there a possibility to get rid of that automatism? There must be a solution because today I saw a dashboard, where even wordings in multiple lines (5 lines!) where completely displayed.Thx

Ability to Custom Sort Heatmaps (Feature Improvement Suggestion)

It would be great if there was the ability to custom sort the order of the breakout displayed on the heatmap.  For example, we often like to use the heatmap feature to look at how the different tenure groups compare when responding to employee engagement questions.  After speaking with a Qualtrics support representative, the only option they have found is to relabel each of these groups with a letter in front of them, so they are sorted alphabetically (A - 3 to 6 months, B - 6 to 12 months, etc.).  Adding a letter in front seems like a clunky workaround and would much rather be able to customize the order instead.

How to add an "import date" metadata field to employee data when importing them into EX Directory

Hi everyone,My organization has an automation that imports new employees into the directory on a daily schedule.I would like to add a metadata field to each employee record that includes the date their data was imported into the Qualtrics directory.Unfortunately, I haven't been able to achieve this using the workflow tasks. Is there an alternative method to do this without editing the source file from which we import the employee data?Thank you in advance for your help!

Exporting Scorecard widget to XLSX format

Hi All,I am wondering if any of you have tried to adjust the layout/formatting of the Excel export of a Scorecard widget in EE Dashboard?Currently, when you export the scorecard widget to Excel, the output file is uninviting. Without a doubt it does contain all the necessary data, but I would love to add custom color coding to the template, format the headers, columns width ect. So that the users in my organization can download a nice looking report when exporting the widget, instead of manually adjusting it each time the scorecard is downloaded.Are you aware if such idea could be achieved? I would appreciate very much your experience on this topic.

Question and Block Preview Different From Survey Preview

I have a survey with CSS added into the “Look & Feel” portion. It adds a line before the last option (“Other, please specify: “).In the question preview AND the block preview, this displays perfectly. However, in the survey preview the line is missing.I have tried rebuilding both the question and the block to no avail. Single choice questions in another block work, so unsure about the cause. I tested on both Edge & Chrome and I cleared my cache / cookies. There is no specific HTML in the question.Does anyone know what could be causing this / how I would fix it? Show respondent just once in dashboard

If you have a dashboard with multiple data sources, where a given respondent can have responded 0 to many times across the data sources, is it possible to somehow set a filter that only shows the respondent one time in a widget?

Remove error.svg from authenticator message

I found help on managing text that is shown for authenticator errors, but I also want to remove the error.svg (red exclamation point).  Can anyone tell me how to do this/share CSS or javascript to do it?

Response rates for both Email and Anonymous link particiapants

Hi Guys,I have a large survey going out right now where 10% of the respondents will be using a QR code to access the survey (through an anonymous link with an Authenticator). I want to be able to count the number of people who have used the QR Code in an EX widget somehow.I thought I could maybe use the Q_EE_ANON field and look for people who have it set to 1.Any thoughts on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.Scott

Using Authenticator for Some Users and Not Others

I am responsible for my company’s Engagement survey. At my company, historically for salaried team members, they would receive a unique link to the survey through their email. For hourly team members, we would ask them to input their employee ID# to complete the survey so that we are able to collect meta-data on the back end tied to their employee ID# (i.e., location data, demographic data, hierarchy data, etc.).This year, due to changes in leadership, we will only be able to ask our North America employees to input their employee ID#s. I need a way to use the authenticator for just North American employees, and not any employees from any other country.I am trying to come up with workarounds to this so that maybe North America at the very least can still collect employee ID#s and allow us to analyze the data that we need. One method I thought of was to use the first question of the survey to identify what region a team member is from. If they select North America as their region and cl

Pseudonymization: can you still make cross-project analysis?

If you activate Pseudonymization in EX, does each participant receive the same pseudonym in every survey? In other words, can we still do cross-project analysis, to have insights like “employees who give a negative rating on survey 1, also give in general a bad rating on survey 2” ?  And if you exempt certain surveys from the pseudonymization, then you probably cannot combine data from that survey with pseudonymized surveys?

Restricting Participant Data for Data & Analysis

Does anyone have experience with how to restrict participant data (Name, Email) from the Data & Analysis tab for admins. We do not want them to be able to pull identifying information by employee.
