Hi Community,

We currently use TextIQ to analyse our surveys and have recently reworked our Queries attached to each Parent and Child Topic in our Library.

Obviously this will require ongoing work where the system has a % of free text comments that remain unrecognised by the platform.

My ask is as follows:

Would anyone be happy to share their process for manually categorising their comments and in turn improving their topic queries to increase the success of future responses being captured by TextIQ without intervention.
