Hi, Re the Brand Topics,

in the support page it mentions about updating

In the preview I’m pretty sure we flagged this as a point in that if this model is used across many surveys - is there a way to know which surveys it’s used in (whilst viewing it in he Master) AND force a refresh so that you don’t have to go into every single survey, find the question in the TextiQ and update?  Also what if you have multiple brand topics used across multiple surveys… At present you can only update one question at a time in each survey.  If you are going to implement this, please can you tell me when you will be enabling the ability to set multiple questions updating for a survey or at least controlling the refresh of these band topics from one place?

Also, I continue to find the textiq UI difficult to use, for which numerous ideas to EVOLVE have been added (over the years).  The key thing is that it works well for new fresh topics but when you want to amend or change an existing syntax for a topic all you see is a comment of how many comments have been added to removed.  This make’s it very difficult to see if the change you have made has actually worked.  It needs a secondary view to show the list of items that have been added or removed.  Also the charts in that section are useful and it would be great to have them available in the dashboards (again it’s another set of ideas posted over the years by numerous people).  It would be great for all these EVOLVE ideas to be merged into one or two so that they can get some traction.

Thanks

Rod Pestell
