Finding the Grand Total of Survey Answers from a Constant Sum Question | XM Community

Hello!

I used multiple Constant Sum questions in a survey.  I am able to make the tables in the Dashboard that I was hoping for to see each response, but what I was hoping to do is get a Grand Total of all of the constant sum answers.

For example:  Staff at multiple school buildings are adding the count of “Formal”, “Informal”, and “Other” counts of Disability related discrimination cases.  I can see the totals for each building/survey respondent.  My goal is to be able to see all responses totaled so I can get a school district perspective for state reporting.

Is it possible to get a running Grand Total of these categories?  Thanks for any help!

I think I answered part of my own question...I don’t love the format, but when I used a Number Chart in the Dashboard and for the Metrics used the Sum option for the Embedded Data of the Constant Sum total, that then totaled all of the submissions which is what I was looking for.

If there is a less clunky way, please feel free to still provide any suggestions :)
