Good morning, community... Can you help me with this problem? We are experiencing a high number of email bounces when sending messages to our contact list. Based on my analysis, most of them are due to Email Hard Bounce. However, I tested sending an email to some of these contacts, and the email did not bounce—it was successfully delivered to the recipient.
Do you know any other reasons why these bounces might be happening?

We have already run tests and verified that most of the bounces are due to hard bounces and mistyped email addresses.
