We are adding embedded data fields in our digital intercept with success.
There is a data type called XM Directory Contact Data and every support article I can find must be old because this option is skipped in every one.
Can someone tell me what this is and how to use it?
I figured this one out. This field value is indeed how you link the directory data to the intercept. I simply had not made the fields in the directory available for use in dashboards. That solved my issue.
