TextIQ export - is there a way to export the comments in textIQ

Is there a way to export the comments in textIQ? I know I can filter down in data and analysis or a dashboard widget and export that way but I really like the visual of the queried tagged word(s) being underlined that textiq provides.

Conjoint Exclusions

Hi all,I am creating a conjoint model however have been unable to find out to exclude 2 of the same Attribute shown together.For example, if I was doing airlines, I don't want people to see 2 United's at the same time. How can this be done?Thanks!

Using StatIQ visualization in Dashboard pages?

Hello, we’ve edited a survey for a department to allow them to combine different variables to look at their data in more depth.  They need to be able to go to their dashboard and quickly absorb the information and utilize the visuals in presentations.  We’ve used Stat IQ to relate two variables, resulting in the visualization that we need.  Is there a way to take that visualization and move it into a dashboard page so that the stakeholders don’t have to go multiple places to access information?

EX :Could Text IQ do sentiment analysis from replies in multple languages?

We have an international engagement survey, with 12 languages, and we were wondering if TEXT IQ could do sentiment analysis from multple languages? Is there a way for the tool to translate and do analysis at the same time?  Thank you Livia B

Text iQ is pretty lame, but other than that, Qualtrics is great (Part 1)

Rank order anaylsis and reporting

Hi! I have a survey with a rank order question in it. I see the results in StatsIQ but I really don't know what to make of it or how to report my findings. I've looked through all the documentation and I still don't quite get how to understand or interpret the answer. I can figure out the percentage of people who want the first choice maybe but that is as far as I can figure out. Help please! Workflow design of questionnaires

Thanks for anyone who reads and replies to this post in advance.Due to working needs I would like to design a workflow for my surveys, described as below:First I want the respondent of the survey to choose between two choices based on a yes/no question, each leading to their own survey questions (so there will be two sets of questions)After finishing this, the survey will be partly completed and the remaining part should be completed by their supervisor, so the partly finished survey is sent to the respondent’s own supervisor.After the survey is finished by the supervisor, the surveys are all sent to a single person who is responsible for collecting all the responses.Two parts important here: The respondent who finished the first part shouldn’t be able to re-inspect the survey after he/she sent it to his/her supervisor, and the supervisor (preferably) shouldn’t be able to edit the response of the previous respondent. I’m just wondering if Qualtrics provides such function. Ranking Top Mentions in Overall Recommendation Question by Customer Segment

I have a metric that divides customers into three groups by spend: micro, small, and MediumAnd I have verbatims in response to the overall question, likeliness to recommend.I would like to create a customer profile for each of the segments based on the top mentions for each spend group to understand if there are things that are more important to one group than to the other.How can I do that?

Can we upload Text IQ data into Stats IQ?

Is there a way to move Text IQ codes (including the counts) into Stats IQ? Ex. I have 1000 Text IQ responses with 3 codes, (School, teacher, curriculum). Say, “school” is coded 2000 times, and “teacher” is coded 4000 times. Is there a way to move this quantitative Text IQ data into Stats IQ? Additionally, I created a dashboard that brings in the data from 5 different surveys. I used Text IQ and coded all 5 surveys in this new dashboard. I can also see the name of the survey connected to each survey response. Is there way to access this data, so that I can determine the frequency of particular Text IQ codes with a particular survey? I’d like to see that in Survey #1, “teacher” was coded 200 times, in Survey #2, “teacher” was coded 500 times, in Survey #3, “teacher” was coded 700 times, etc.

TextiQ in Conjoint

Recently, I learned TexiQ does not work with conjoint.  I am not sure why this is the way it is.  Imagine, you have a conjoint to find optimal pricing.  But, you also have an open-ended question asking for feedback on a product feature. You cannot take advantage of TextiQ because you used conjoint. No other reason. Rather, you are locked-out of using TextiQ. I suppose you’d have to go through a few hoops to create a second “dummy” survey to import the open-ended questions from conjoint into the “dummy.” Then, you may be able to use TextiQ, but man, that’s a LOT of effort. Thanks.

Text iQ - parent versus level 1 topic

In CX, if you only have two levels of text iQ code, do you use Parent-Child or Hierarchy Level 1- Level 2 topics?  I am thinking that these serve the same purpose...with parent = level 1, child = level 2...it’s just that the hierarchy way allows for further drilling (if needed), grandchild = level 3?  . Regardless, I need just 2 layers, so,is there a better approach for some reason?  Or could I use either?    Or are both needed to allow for the creation of different widgets??

Change the logic of child codes in Text IQ?

I like using child codes in Text IQ to organize particular codes under a main theme (adult code). However, the logic in Qualtrics treats the child codes as an “and/both” statement, so that the adult code name must be present in the text of the child code text. Example: adult code is “Ocean,” child code is “Pacific.” With Qualtrics, only text that includes both “Ocean” and “Pacific” will appear. Is there a way to see all comments with the word “Pacific” regardless if “Ocean” is present in the text AND have “Pacific” as a child code under “Ocean”?

Relative Importance - Baseline Input Variable

I’m new to Qualtrics and working on some logistic regressions. I see that I can change the baseline for each input variable I’m using. You can see here, my inputs are related to satisfaction (top box, bottom box, indifferent). I don’t see any documentation around this, though. How does Qualtrics determine what to use as the baseline and why/when would I want to change this baseline?Thanks for the help!

Merge responses from multiple questions for each respondent

I have a series of six questions and some respondents were asked multiple questions about product exposure. So we have more data points than rows or respondents (we have 600 respondents but 900 responses to these questions). Is there a way to merge all of these into a multiple response set so we don’t lose any of the responses?

Using Fractions in Scoring / Round Scores up

Hey everyone,I am working with Qualtrics for the first time and I ran into a problem.I created a survey, in which 3 items are bundled into a cluster. The participants reacted to the items on a scale of -2 to +2. I used the Scoring feature to bundle the items in the respective cluster and scored the questions from -0.666 to +0.666, to see the average score for the whole cluster on the Stats IQ page. Unfortunately, I cannot find any option to round these result up to even numbers (or to enter a fraction as a score for the items), which leads to a weird diagram in Stats IQ, where people who score 0 end up just right of the middle, between 0 and 0.25.Is there any option within Qualtrics to achieve this? Add a business KPI in Stats iQ

Hello Community! Can i add a business KPI (like sales, revenue, spent) as a new source in stats iQ to analyze this data with the X data i get from the surveys? If this is possible how can i do it? What do i need to make it posible? Thanks!

Is it possible to construct a labelled discrete choice experiment in Qualtrics?

I recently tried the conjoint analysis package in Qualtrics. It's great! But, I would like to construct a labelled experiment - currently it only allows unlabelled. Has anyone worked out how to create a labelled DCE? Thanks.

Finding the F-Value in ANOVA Tests?

Good afternoon, My apologies for bothering, but I have been using Stats iQ to conduct the One-Way ANOVA tests for my thesis project, due to this being my first major quantitative research project. For the most part it has been going well, except for one thing I need to know that it won't display: the F-Value. My thesis needs to be in APA formatting, and I need to give the F-Value for each of my statistical tests as a part of that. However, Stats iQ doesn't display the F-Value on any of the analyses it conducts, instead skipping straight to displaying Cohen's f and the P-Value. Is there a way I can get it to display the F-Value, or at least calculate it myself using the P-Value and my sample size or something like that?

How to use embedded data as a variable for response weighting?

Hello,I am trying to do a cell-based weighting distribution based on respondent’s state location state. I imported the state location and programmed it into the survey as embedded data. I’m able to populate this embedded data everywhere except the weighting tab in Qualtrics for some reason. I tried playing around with the variable setting and converting the data type of this variable into numbers, categories, recoded the values to run numeric calculations, and none have worked. Please advise! Thanks in advance!

Hi, I would like to know if there is a minimum number of responses we must have in a survey for a TextIQ to start recommending topics? Should I create preliminary themes before or wait for responses to populate before it starts recommending?

Export Text Iq topic as part of user response

Hello community, We intend to use the data from Text IQ as 1st party data for Marketing communications. Is there a way to include the topic generated by the responder as part of the survey data export?I know the open text field can be exported from the ‘data and analysis’ tab, however, it’d be great to have the Text IQ topic this response is linked to.Thanks!

Deleted responses appearing in Stats IQ

My counts in Stats IQ do not match the counts in my data set.  I believe it is because the deleted responses (due to fraudulent responses) were removed from my data set but still showing in Stats IQ.  How do I refresh the data so that the deleted responses are no longer there?  I’ve “import latest data” but that doesn’t seem to work.  Any suggestions?
